location: the hotel was really close to the landmarks in catania, piazza duomo and pescaria, and the main attractions of the historic center of catania. the staff were very friendly when we arrived.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

That was wonderful old hotel set in fairly nice area, really close to central Catania and the main attractions and Piazza Duomo and Pescaria. Got the same nicely furnished room with poorly working air conditioning booked online, appreciated that. We had central heating, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge in the room.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, elegant bathroom and a kettle and coffee in the room. Pleasant view of street. Magnificent location with parking nearby...

The rooms at Liodoro were so cozy and comfortable. The premium bedding made me feel like I was sleeping on clouds! I loved the air conditioning in the room. It was a lifesaver during the hot summer days in Catania. The free WiFi was a great bonus. I could easily stay connected and share my trip with friends and family. Having a work desk in the room was perfect for catching up on emails and planning our daily activities. The small seating area was a nice touch. It was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the flat-screen TV a bit on the smaller side. However, I understand that others may still enjoy it.

I appreciated my room - beautifully decorated with poorly working air conditioning. The venue has excellent and absolutely perfect location to restaurants near Via Santa Filomena.

The owners, Simona and Luciano, were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel like we were staying with relatives. Their kindness, helpfulness, and attention to their guests were truly appreciated. We highly recommend Liodoro to anyone visiting Catania.

They sent me a detailed message with instructions on how to access my room and even asked what time I would be arriving. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the cathedral and main shopping street. Additionally, it was convenient to reach both the central station and the airport. Having everything I needed in the room, including a well-equipped bathroom, made my stay very comfortable.

During my first night, I found the room to be a bit cold and the smell was not pleasant, reminiscent of overused beds. There were no extra blankets available, so I had to request them the next day.
